Room to grow.

At REM, we foster professional development throughout your career. Our Mentoring and Buddy programs allow younger staff to engage with managers, principals, and partners in a one-on-one setting. There is no substitute for live learning, which is why we maintain a strong learning culture, encouraging our staff to become more educated, and offering free CPE courses and opportunities for industry seminars and conferences throughout the year. Our staff and seniors need room to grow and decide which industry or practice area to work in. We encourage this professional growth by assigning our younger staff to work with experienced managers and partners on a variety of clients and engagements.
